SFS SHORTS AT SKANC Festival
Chasing Mel by Peter Ireland and Not on Track by Nick Danger have been selected to screen at the inaugural SKANC Short Film Festival whose aim is to support film-makers in providing an avenue for their films to be both screened and judged among the best.
Filmmakers of all backgrounds and levels of experience were invited to submit their films regardless of the year of production, style or form. Twenty-seven films have been selected to screen.
The festival starts this Thursday, February 4 and will run over another two consecutive Thursdays – 11th and 18th. At each session audiences will vote for their favourite film, and the top three will go to the GRAND FINAL on Thursday 25th February with great prize packages to be won.
The festival takes place at the St. Kilda Army and Navy Club (Melbourne).
